Happy 1st Birthday Archie!

Mr Fixit's niece, Lauren's little boy Archie turned 1 - now I ask you, where has that time gone?

We had plans to go the 1st Birthday party, but illness got in the way.  Mr Fixit was struggling to get over the last little bit of the flu, and we thought it unwise to be around so many children (both for them and for us :) )

Here is a card I made which will be hand delivered the next time we see them.

I am enjoying playing with software to create my cards, but I have missed my stamping - next lot of cards I make will be with my stamps :)

RIP my friend, Big Al

Sadly, I was in need of another sympathy card - a very dear friend passed away after having serious health issues for quite some time.

His wife's favourite colour is purple, so that is where I took my inspiration.

RIP Big Al, you will be missed!

I hope you are up there with Sue (left) - you look after her!

One of my quilty friends celebrated her birthday in February :)

I made a card nice and early, but it sat in my handbag for a few days before I could put in the mail.

Ofcourse, I then had to wait until the card had arrived before I made this post - Cynthia reads my blogs and I didn't want to spoil the surprise  :)
