My SIL is going away to do some volunteer work for six months and we had a farewell party for family & close friends last night.
It was a late night (well, for us anyway) we got home at about 1:00 AM and a good time was had by all.
This is a side-step card - I used a square card as the base and had to experiment a bit with the side steps, as the steps I wanted, were not the same measurements in the side-step card I was using as a template.
The large frangipani image is Stamp-it and the smaller frangipani is Kaiserstamp.
Both images have been coloured in using Copics. The frangipani vellum background has been in my stash for as long as I can remember ;-)
I even gave the inside some treatment.
SIL loved the card and confessed to being a little nervous, but was excited as well.
