I first thought Monochrome would be hard, but when I went back over some previous projects, I realised I work a lot with monochrome ;-)
Several of my previous UnstampaBelles Challenge entries could be suitable ........ #15, #14 and even #9
Now for my DT cards
This is a technique I learned in a class many years ago ;-)
Lace Punches used both singularly and strung together. Cardstock and paper used in this example are all shades of Purples - even what looks like white is actually a very soft pink pearl paper. Ribbon woven in and out and pearls added gives a lovely elegance to it ;-)
This card is created using punches - circle and hearts ;-)
SU cardstock used here - sorry can't remember colours, but three shades of pinks used in this one. Sentiment is a rub-on.
There are some amazing entries and I know I say it every month, but it really is getting very hard for the DT to pick a favourite!
Thank you for visiting my blog today - I hope you have a good day.
Remember, any day doing something you love makes it a good day ;-)
Doing what you like is freedom. Liking what you do is happiness.
Two wonderful cards Cathy. I am just thinking that I have some of those square punched shapes...I might have to dig them out and try adding some ribbon. I just love these cats.
ReplyDeleteCool technique and that cat card is so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love your cards both, but the one i prefer is the pink with cats, 2 things i love so much!
