CraftROBO GSD/Silhouette Studio Test Cutters required

This post will stay on top until the end of the month.  Please scroll down to see recent posts.

I have recently started designing my own GSD/Studio cutting files in the hope of selling them, and would love to have a test cutter or two ;-)

I am hoping someone out there would be willing to test cut my files, within say a 5-7 day timeframe, and report back to me on how the files performed.

In return, you can keep the files tested for your own personal use, but files are not to be used in any commercial nature.

Please contact me, and tell me a little about yourself, if you feel you may be able to help.

Have a Great Day, My Friend

It is my friend John's birthday on Friday.

We met as work colleagues in 1989, and even though we don't work together anymore, we are still great friends.  He has moved away and is now a 4 hour drive away, so we don't see each other as much as we would like.  More often than not, it is when they can get to Adelaide that we are able to catch up.  The last time we saw each other was for my 50th birthday, in October 2010.

The minute I saw this image over at JustInkLined, I just knew who it would be perfect for.

I followed the sketch over at CDACSC26.  Image has been hand coloured with watercolour pencils, and highlighted with KindyGlitz/Stickles.  I usually struggle with cards for men, so I hope it is not too girly with the glitter ;-)

Items used:  Black square cardstock, cardstock & DP from stash, watercolour pencils, KindyGlitz/Stickles, metal brads

I would also like to enter this card in the following challenges:

Allsorts - Free & Easy
Digis with attitude - anything goes
Inspire me Fridays - anything goes

Flashback Friday 13.0 - shaped card

Over on Flashback Friday they are asking you to re-post your first shaped card.

Well, back in March 2009, I posted this

This card was for the  House Mouse Challenge and we had to make a card that was not square.

I had just got some Spellbinder Nesties and had a play.  I am not sure I would mix ovals and circles together again, but I still like it.

UnstampaBelles Challenge - July - Celebration

The first UnstampaBelles Challenge starts today and the winner of the Blog Candy has been announced.

Our first theme is Celebration, and our first sponsor is The Sticker Store.

I don't know about you, but I always have trouble making cards for men - it doesn't seem to matter what the occasion is.  I came across these great stickers from The Sticker Store, and have used them several times for some of the men in my life ;-)

Black leathergrain card has been layered with DP, bazzil bling cardstock. Cuttlebug and Spellbinders dies have been used to cut rectangles & squares and to emboss the 'golf ball'.

Gold border stickers used to highlight rectangle and to add sentiment.

Golf buggy sticker has been placed on handmade paper cut out to form the 'buggy part' and then stuck onto acetate.  The acetate is then cut out and mounted with 3D foam.

Here is another card using the same stickers.

golf stickers are available from The StickerStore here.

Pop on over to the UnstampaBelles Challenge blog, and be inspired by the other DT entries.
