Lots of birthday activity recently :)

My nephew celebrated his 18th birthday on the weekend ................... 18, legal drinking age here in Australia.

I am really hoping I can catch up with my QLD friends in October - I am intending leave Mr Fixit at home and go on a crafty retreat, and catch up with some other old friends as well :)

this is for another 'old' friend - LOL - we have know each other since 1974 - we don't catch up very often, but celebrating his 60th birthday was a perfect opportunity.

Where have I been?

I've been to London to visit the Queen  LOL     I wish!!
Nothing quite so lavish, but I have been 'busy' doing 'stuff' and simply losing track of time :)

I did realise that I hadn't blogged about some things ............... so here they are.
