Life is a real roller coaster of emotions!

Last week was a very emotional week - one of my friends lost her partner, but Friday was a real roller coaster day ................. in the space of 30 minutes, I found out that one of my friends had died and that my niece had gone into labour early and had a baby boy!  Talk about a mix of emotions!

I had just recently made a batch of 'thinking of you' cards to put in my Etsy store - little did I know I was going to need them myself :(

thankfully, I have a bit of time before the 'new baby' card is needed :)

Hold your family close, tell them that you love them!

Give your friends a call, or send a text or email, let them know you are thinking of them!

I recently came across a new papercrafting magazine, well new to me LOL

Australian Papercraft Essentials - Issue 51 - boy what a great magazine!  I was taken with the freebie stamp set on the front :)  and on looking through the magazine I was taken with a card using an image from Elisabeth Bell Designs

It took me a while to find the image in the store - Elisabeth eventually helped me find it via her Facebook page :)

Here is the card I produced - it will be going to a very special friend.

It felt so good to colour in again!
