Happy Birthday .............. another 50!

Another 50th Birthday, this time for my CraftMad friend, Merry, who was also creator and Team Leader for the UnstampaBelles Challenge blog.

I thought it rather fitting that I used up one of the cards I created for one of our UnstampaBelles challenges - you couldn't use a stamp, but you could use anything else :)

I added more detail with Kindy Glitz, then added a big flower for the fifty.  The photo doesn't show it very well, but the kindy glitz enhanced the delicate details of the folded doily.

Happy Birthday Peter

The nephew turned 19 this weekend - we had plans for a family gathering today (Easter Monday), but as I came down with a bit of a cold on Saturday, which didn't get any better by today, we decided to stay home.  Just as well, it is raining and very windy here in Adelaide today - very wintery weather indeed!

So this card will go in the mail, with apologies for the Nephew :)
